I am John Alexander Cameron, the second son of James Robert Cameron VI.

Having left his entire inheritance to my brother James Cameron VII, my father secured me 
a position as sergeant in the British Royal Army.  In one final act of defiance toward my 
father I stole fifty pounds, a sword, and his favorite horse.  I left in the middle of the night 
for Paris to pursue a career as an actor.

Not two full months after arriving in Paris I found myself broke and hungry.  I was trying 
to get money on the streets by performing an original composition.  Several members of 
the aristocracy, while passing by realized the piece was in jest at their expense. And so to 
avoid punishment I ran to join the Scottish mercenary regiments.</
